Couch To Mountains - Week 11-15 is the final part of a comprehensive strength and conditioning trek training program designed to get you ready for your trek adventure. This program is perfect for beginners who are new to trekking and want to build a solid foundation of strength, endurance, and resilience. Over the course of five weeks, you will engage in a variety of exercises and workouts that progressively increase in intensity, ensuring that you are well-prepared for your trek challenge. Each week, you will receive detailed workout plans to keep you on track and inspired. The programme has an overview of the month, a weekly plan covering mobility, strength, cardio training and walk training guidance. It also includes a comprehensive video library of the exercises and a 30 minute video call to help you complete the programme successfully. By the end of this 15 week program, you will have the confidence and physical capability to tackle your first mountain trek with ease.
